Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Mousse

  • 2½ tbsp peanut butter (I used smooth)
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • small pinch of salt
  • ½ tbsp miniature chocolate chips
  1. Stir peanut butter, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and salt together with a fork until smooth.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips or sprinkle chocolate chips on top of peanut mixture.
