Ingredients
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 2 tbsp chopped dark chocolate
Instructions
  1. Combine the peanut butter, dates, and peanuts in a food processor. Process for 10-15 seconds until evenly ground up.
  2. Remove the dough from the food processor and use your hands to mix in the dark chocolate.
  3. Form the dough into balls and use a fork to press down in the middle to form cookies.
